OCTORAL C600 RAPID PRODUCTION CLEAR
The C600 Rapid Production Clear is the latest innovation from Octoral. Where other fast-drying clears are limited to small spot repairs, the C600 can be used on fast repairs to medium-sized repairs – up to 5 panels, the complete side or front end, without compromising on the quality of the finish. The one visit application increases spray booth throughput allowing body shops to save time, materials, and energy.
The Rapid Production Clear can be forced dried at 60˚C for enhanced drying, as well as low baked at 40˚C, drying in 25 minutes or for a more energy-efficient solution air-dried with a dry to handle time of just 60 minutes. Its fast-drying properties and versatility mean body shops can rely on a single clear for multiple repair jobs, helping to reduce stock holding.
Available in both 1L and 5L packaging, this product comes with two dedicated hardeners – H60 Rapid Production Hardener Fast and H61 Rapid Production Hardener Slow, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your body shop.
The H61 Slow variant offers extended drying times, providing painters with more working time to achieve a flawless finish. Meanwhile, the H60 Fast option enables quicker turnaround.
