LUXOR PAINTS EXPAND REFINE RANGE
It has only been a few years since Luxor Paints started marketing the Refine and Carla brand with its excellent range of spray guns and pneumatic sanders. Partnering with Zheijang Refine, the biggest Spray Gun manufacturer of Asia, has been a positive strategic move for Luxor Paints. Their story of 48 years of growth perfectly blends with Luxor Paint’s 55 years of legacy in the automotive refinishing landscape.
Refine is equipped with advanced German CNC machine and Japanese high precision tools, more than 80 research and development professionals, three factories and X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer. They have 500 skilled team members,14 patents, as well as close collaboration with China’s Jiliang University. The new range of premium spray guns, with drop forged solid billet metal technology guarantees solid longevity and revolutionary patented design of air distribution to ensure high work efficiency.
To cement the drive for spray gun training, Luxor Paints assembled their national technical team for a tailor-made training session recently.
Gordon Dye is the technical expert who takes care of vital upgrading of technicians to fully understand exactly which of the many spray guns will need to be adapted to a body shop’s needs. He ran through the full complement range which is produced in their three state-of-the-art factories.
Refine also introduced a powerful professional 6-inch air driven pneumatic palm sander, complete with its own dust extractor which is capable of reducing sanding dust levels by around 60%. The low centre of gravity design makes the all new RQ-65C, is easy to work with and its low vibration levels are another bonus of its concept.
Backed-up with Refine and Luxor Paint’s house brand Carla, their distributors will be able to to mix and match a comprehensive range to retail to the end-user market.
