AUTOMECHANIKA DUBAI 2026

The 23rd edition of Automechanika Dubai will take place from 10–12 November 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC). The venue change allows for an easier experience for the exhibitors as well as those attending. The new venue is larger and much easier to navigate than its predecessor, with everything in one long hall, making show-going a far more enjoyable experience.

Located at the centre of Dubai’s future growth corridor, DEC offers direct proximity to Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC), which is set to become the world’s largest travel hub with a projected capacity of 150 million passengers annually within the next decade. Positioned alongside Jebel Ali Port, JAFZA and Dubai South, DEC anchors a fully integrated trade and logistics ecosystem, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global gateway for connectivity and cross-border commerce.

Despite having faced a tumultuous start to the year, the market in Dubai and the region is looking strong. The refurbishment of vehicles in Dubai is taken very seriously, and as such this show for aftersales specifically, is a very important one.

With 70% of exhibition space already sold, and at the three-month countdown, the move to a larger venue is proof positive for this growing show. There will be plenty for all attending as there are 11 product sections, five conferences, hands-on workshops and various competitions in play. Classic cars and other eye candy will make sure the experience is one of interest across the board.

African spotlight

With Africa’s auto industry projected to grow 40%, to USD 42.06 billion by 2027, Africa is entering a phase of rapid transformation as trade accelerates under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) (Source: World Economic Forum).

Africonnections at Automechanika Dubai 2026 will once again highlight Africa’s fast-growing automotive and mobility sector, connecting UAE and African stakeholders to unlock new business and trade opportunities.

This focused half-day conference programme will feature expert presentations, strategic panel discussions, and high-level networking, covering topics such as EV and green mobility supply chains, market growth, distribution models, UAE-Africa trade integration, parts manufacturing, lubricants, and remanufacturing.

The event caters to, OEMs, parts suppliers and manufacturers, automotive distributors and wholesalers, fleet operators, logistics providers, policymakers, as well as investors and financial institutions

The Automechanika Dubai team will be addressing market changes similar to South Africa’s – that of the influx of the Chinese brands, BEV and hybrid technology as well as repair and much more. This makes this exhibition one not to miss out on. Visit https://automechanika-dubai.ae.messefrankfurt.com/dubai/en.html for more details.
