NEW CELETTE VORTEX (RG1) SPRAYBOOTH
The introduction of the Celette Vortex spraybooth promises a number of unique high-end features complete with powerful thermal ventilating units that show uniform airflow through the entire cabin area. It is a full-size spray centre with an exterior size of 7110 x 3600 metres, that features galvanised floor grates to keep the heat insulation at top levels. The flagship product employs 50 mm double galvanised panels packed with EPS insulation material in its structure.
The front doors are bi-folding units 800 mm x 500 mm, complete with observation windows and a full-size operator’s side door, is part of the design. Lighting is clear view type with 8 x 1 ceiling lamps that deliver 800 Lux with LED colour matching lamps. Ceiling filtration is EU5 fine filter type with six sections for easy maintenance.
Attention to overall running costs is generated by the use of LPG gas direct drive motors. These two stage French made units reach bake speed levels with a best-in-class performance level of between 8 to 10 minutes to come to temperatures of 30ºC to 60ºC heating levels. All this works with an automated temperature and pressure controlling unit driven by a command board complete with service interval notifications powering the 16 kW spray room Vortex design.
Company director of Celette SA, Richard Gagic, is upbeat about the Vortex pricing. “We’re now very competitive for both water-based paints as well as high solid solvent borne refinish materials users.
The booth is built for both long lasting high performance and everyday durability. It is class-leading with ultra-energy savings with the modulating direct fired burner. We feel it’s an absolute winner. It also features the latest multi-level filter system that comes with a fully compliant international booth on standards and regulatory codes.
