McCarthy’s Auto Trimmers are chasing a new path to customer experience in convenience for their clients. The launch of their new Paarden Eiland branch is about creating convenience for the clients, with two lines, the express spot repair lane, and the overnight lane.
Customers are able to wait for their vehicle in their coffee station lounge with superfast wi-fi while the team carry out the work required. The client can choose to wait at a branch – at a comfy coffee station with superfast Wi-Fi, or at home or work for their job to be carried out.
The Paarden Eiland branch of McCarthy Auto Trimmers have the detail centre for PPF, Ceramic Coating, and vehicle wrapping on site. All of these offerings which will see your vehicle back to showroom condition in no time. With a staff complement of 18, this branch is currently the one and only smart cosmetic paint spot repair in the group. The team have received updated training on each process as it is a very specialised sector to operate in.
There are 14 mobile units to provide their customers with an off-site repair solution for both exterior and interior touch-up repairs. These units are based in Gauteng, KZN and the outlying areas of Cape Town. The company also assist dealers and panel shops with interior touch up repairs, as well as with insurance claims for minor damage issues. Interior repairs currently dominate their job sheet.
