DYNAMIC FLOW TECHNOLOGY FOR NEW SAGOLA SPRAY GUN RANGE
After considerable research Sagola have now introduced their all-new dynamic flow technology 4600 range globally, with the promise of a more even layout and uniform paint distribution from top to bottom. The system has introduced a colour coded air cap to minimise problems associated with difficult base coat colours and silvers as well as Xyrillic and pearl coatings. The 4600, it is claimed, can quickly overcome or minimise common finishing defects of shadows, blending and patch coats.
The new spray gun technology can achieve all this with reduced paint useage and less air consumption, lowering costs in the paint shop and boosting profits. How is this obtained? By using the latest superior atomisation with great spraying fan stability that includes reduced spray bounce back with less overspray.
Servicing the 4600 has also been improved in the workplace say Sagola. It features easy to clean and cheaper to maintain characteristics. The company say that their latest spray gun technology is based on 70 years of research, production and manufacturing, plus understanding market needs.
It’s manufactured using the very latest aerospace grade of engineering using metal to metal technology with fewer than ever joints, O-rings and other seals, than any other spray gun on the market. This translates to fewer wearing parts and an ultimate lower cost of ownership.
Other enhancements are new cleaning features that gain time with fast colour changes. All these additions add up to a new 4600 spray gun and metal to metal (M2M) technology that will ultimately deliver the lowest overall maintenance on the market. This will help achieve flawless car refinish when a job is completed.
The overall design now has six new and improved design features to make it very comfortable in any spray painters’ hand to work with.
