Daze Technology recently launched into the South African market with the first of a line-up of products – their disposable paint cup system. The cups are in various sizes from 100ml, 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 800ml. There is also a UV disposable cup available.
They are corrosion resistant when using paint and thinners. The black colour lid and liner are UV resistant and can be easily identified as different to the rest of the paint cup system.
The Daze disposable paint cup system is designed for HVLP and LVLP paint spray guns. The paint can be easily mixed into the internal liner by using the measurement lines on the cup.
Benefits of using disposable paint cups
There are massive savings in cleaning solvent when you use disposable paint cups. It is quick and easy to change colours when painting and there is no time wasted by the spraypainter looking for new clean cups. You simply replace the disposable cup inside. The outer cup displays easy to read mixing ratios. There is no need for paper paint strainers as all the lids have a built-in filter.
When using the disposable paint cups, a spraypainter can spray upside down in difficult to reach areas and get the same paint delivery. Paint can also be stored in the cup to use later. All in all, overall productivity increases, and savings are made on solvent using the disposable paint cup system.
